  Although I'm unsure of how a wake or funeral should go, I'm sure what our experience was, isn't the best.
  The overall contact and planning was okay-although Cold at best. There seemed to be lack of attention to detail-when questioned, the people at Kurtz quickly wanted to put blame elsewhere, never recieved follow up contact on complaint from actual person we planned with-did she not care, or was communication so poor, she never knew? What we wanted, asked for, promised Didn't occur--Not even an Apology-just blame on another party---my parents deserved Far More than to be ignored.
  
  The past week I had another contact with this funeral home--the level of RUDE is why I'm now saying-consider Elsewhere. You only have one chance to send off a loved one peacefully, don't end up in a callus enviorment. There are others in our family-none will be ending their journey here.
  
  Disappointed at best.
